Account and sign-in help

Use Forgot password to recover access. For other issues, include the page URL, approximate time and error message. Do not include your password or verification code.

Data access or account deletion

Email from your registered address with the subject “Privacy request” or “Delete my account”. We will verify ownership before acting. You can delete individual creations and characters immediately in your private library. Account deletion requests are handled manually by the operator.

We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Authentication emails are sent from an automated address; use the support address above for help.
